SolutionData Service Center
SolutionData Service Center offers a service offering dedicated to the maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) in preventive, curative or managed mode, on a fixed or On Demand mode.The objective is to be present at your side after completing your infrastructure project, for a controlled cost, without having a resource (Internal or IT Talent) full time.SolutionData Service Center defines the strategy aimed at the availability of the infrastructure and the client IS, to ensure reliability and improve performance and ensure their scalability. A dedicated team, led by the head of the BU, accompanies you:
- System Maintenance and Preventations, in addition to Publisher Maintenance
- Hardware maintenance, in addition to manufacturer maintenance
- Support for relations with the technical support of the various publishers and manufacturers
